By no means the cruise line's error, but better assistance (shipboard knowledge and aid) to boarders when the city of Miami does something that keeps people from getting to the port authority.

Pools were crowded, unable to do lap swimming. However, enjoyed the leisure components of the infinity pool and hot tubs. Putt-putt golf was a nice plus. Also walked the track several times.

The shows were outstanding, very, very impressed with the Center Stage show musicians and acts.

Bagus was our steward. Very friendly. Room was always top notch readied. He needs to observe the towel on floor only should be exchanged policy.

Loved our balcony space. Having the bed nearest the window gave the rest of the room a greater feeling of openness.
Ship tip
You're going to love the open elevator concept and the hands free door opening in public areas.
My wife fell in the terminal. Staffing were there quickly, got us taken care of from paramedics, through customs, luggage pickup and to the shuttle. Excellent.
