Once we got through the Miami Marathon nightmare to the ship it was wonderful.

Food and Dining

Never are in MDR. Festivale, Chibang, and the Italian restaurants were excellent. The Lido deck buffet was our breakfast go to place. Great selection of food and they also have made to order omelettes and eggs.
Onboard Activities

We used the fitness center three times. Very good equipment but it was pretty hot in there.
Pool and hot tubs were pretty crowded. We appreciated the Serenity deck.
We played mini golf a couple of times.
Entertainment

Shows were better than other ships we have been on. We especially enjoyed The Backyard Band at the Pig and Whistle and the comedy shows.
Children's Programs
We had no children with us.
Service and Staff

I thought all of the staff were very friendly and wanted to be sure you had a wonderful experience. We were in room 11289. Our steward was Manuel and he was great. Always smiling, greeted us by name when he saw us and made sure we had everything we needed.
Ship Quality

The ship is beautiful and very clean and HUGE. We exceed our 10000 step goal every day!
Cabin / Stateroom

We loved our cabin and our balcony. It’s a bit tight in the closet/bathroom entryway but because it’s designed that way you get more living space. Well worth it. The amount of storage was amazing.
Ship tip
Bring magnetic hooks to hang up stuff in your room.
The port was very nice.
Through BJ’s we booked Amber Cove Puerto Plata City Sightseeing Excursion with Cable Car Ride. It was extremely difficult to find the tour bus as it is NOT with the other tour busses. It was a very long walk away from the port. We had to stop several times and ask about them and few people had heard of them. The tour was wonderful and our guide Winston was great and provided us with much local info. We enjoyed the tour, however it was very stressful finding them.
