Q: Good Evening, I’m a novice to cruising and my anxiety is on steroids right now. We’ll arriving the day before, has anyone used a ride share to get to the port on the day of embarking. If so, approximately what was the cost compared to going to the airport for the carnival bus? We will be about 8 miles from the Port. Thank you for any information you provide 🙂

A: I have done ride share every time I have cruised whether it be from Fort Lauderdale Airport, Miami Airport, or local hotels. Always a good value and you get dropped off right in front of the porters at the terminal.
Answered by HarryMess on April 17, 2023
A: I believe you can schedule a ride on Lyft or Uber app, they will give you estimates based on distance, time of the day and the size of vehicle you requested. It’s hard to compare my experience to what you will experience because of those factors. Sec... ondly you can look for hotels with airport and cruise port transfers and check their rates. I have used Carnival transfer, hotel transfer and Lyft, let me know if you want more details.See More

A: call your carnival phone number. change it now not later..
Answered by bienfang10 on March 27, 2023
A: You should be able to change from anytime (5:30 to 9: 00pm) dining to the late 8:15 dining on the Carnival hub app. I really prefer the anytime dining because you can just click on the app and choose the venue when you're ready to eat.
Answered by lorenzo on March 27, 2023
A: You can change it in your online account. I prefer a set time, that way you always have the same table and staff and you get to know them well. You won’t have to wait for a table like you would with anytime dining. We just go straight to our table at... 6 PM.See More

A: We noticed ours had been changed from your time to early on our S&S card on embarkation. We went to the dining room immediately and the staff at the desk changed it. But, I would go ahead and correct it now.

Answered by donshell6 on February 28, 2023
A: There is a ChiBang, which I understand to be Chinese/Mexican fusion (not sure how “fused” it is though, may just be dishes from each cuisine). There is also a Bonsai Teppanyaki, which is a Japanese steakhouse, with all the associated table-side cooki... ng flare. Additionally, a couple of the street food stations have an Asian twist. There is not a stir fry/Mongolian barbecue station.See More

A: If I remember correctly, one 750ml bottle of wine per person is allowed on embarkation. No booze (liquor) can be brought on the ship. If you buy liquor at port or on ship it will be held for you until debarkation. Look for drink packages on the websi... te.See More

A: bottles of booze can be ordered through carnival beforehand. drink package is cheaper if purchased before cruise. you can purchase it onboard also.
Answered by leog on February 25, 2023
A: The Carnival website or any Carnival rep can help you. Beverages can be pre ordered and delivered to your room. You can bring your own drinks too but check the website for how many and what kind. Drink package prices are listed on the Carnival web... site. When I last check for this cruise it was 59.00 per day. 15 drink limit per day. I could be wrong but drink packages must be purchased prior to cruising. Good luck and happy cruising!!See More
