Look on the itinerary on the ships specialty restaurants i think they have a Mexican and Chinese restaurant on the ship its a mixed restaurant that serves both

There is a ChiBang, which I understand to be Chinese/Mexican fusion (not sure how “fused” it is though, may just be dishes from each cuisine). There is also a Bonsai Teppanyaki, which is a Japanese steakhouse, with all the associated table-side cooking flare. Additionally, a couple of the street food stations have an Asian twist. There is not a stir fry/Mongolian barbecue station.
