I would definitely recommend this cruise to others. The ship was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was great! The excursions from Carnival made it so convenient and easy. Honduras was beautiful. I recommend going there if you haven't been there before, and Cosumel  is always a fun place. I recommend the San Fransisco Beach if you are looking for someplace to hang out. All in all, a great cruise. I have no complaints.

we stayed in suite 9206, very nice, room steward was George (Indonesia)  He was GREAT! Caroline (Zimbabwe)  is a FABULOUS massage therapist!  We were friends from the time we got on the ship!  Décor is nice and tropical, I prefer the décor of the Breeze over the Magic...we had sailed on the Magic 3 times, the Triumph 2 times (our first two cruises) and now we have cruised on the Breeze (1) time BUT have Cruise #7 and #8 already booked for 2017.....looking to do the Panama Canal cruise in 2018  Our agent is Naomi Kuhns at Cruises, Inc. and she is so good and knowledgeable of the ships and areas. 

This was our first cruise and it will only be the first of many.  The cruise director, Mike, was awesome.  I don't know where he gets all of his energy.  Even though there were 4500 people plus crew on board, we didn't feel crowded or claustrophobic at all.  The steward we had for our room was friendly, immediately took care of any needs that came up, and kept us feeling pampered all trip.  

The excursions went off without a hitch and getting on and off the ship was easy.  Since we didn't have a clue about cruising, this was very educational.  We packed too much, took too much and found we didn't need near as much stuff as we thought we did.

We were never without opportunities to eat, play, be entertained, etc.  We didn't want to get off the ship and come home.

I think the entire cruise was great overall. Our server for dinner each night was awesome. His name is Branko. He was so nice and very helpful im giving us insight into other aspects of the cruise. It was eight of us in our group, and we all loved the cruise and had a great time. The ports were great, especially Montego Bay and Grand Cayman, since it was my first time there. Cozumel was nice too, but it wasn't new to me as it was my second time there. It was the first cruise for six of the people in my group and they loved each port location immensely!!. I recommend the breeze to anyone.

I loved every single second that I spent at this cruise. Lots of shows, their food was delicious, employees are super nice, everything was clean, lots of options, etc 

I have to say that I had 4 favorite persons while I was on this cruse;

The first one was Hugo he was such a great, sweet and nice person. What a amazing Entertainment Director!

The second one was Mike. Oh gosh! He is just and incredible, amazing and unique person. Best Cruise Director ever. 

The third one was Ryan, our waiter. Ryan was always friendly, helpful, cool, funny and fast. 

And the forth one was Samuel, he was such a wonderful person. 

The best part was our trip was Sam , our room attendant. Not only did he keep our room very tidy. He was our schedule monitor and the ship tour guide !!

We had something banging(emergency boats)the whole trip , making it almost impossible to get any rest.

Had to go through a very,very smoke filled casino to get to back of ship to some clubs and pools.

Music was boring , when there was music. Seem like a trip for 70 and over.

And every time we went to the club , the liquid club was always being used by private function !!

Nov 9,2016 To whom it may concern;     My name is David King.  On Oct 30-Nov 6, 2016- my wife  Melinda and I, took our 4th cruise on Carnival Cruise Lines out of Galveston, Texas. While we have enjoyed our vacations previously, this time was problematic for us. I wish to express my concerns.      We stayed in room 10275 on Lido deck. Upon arrival the Room cleaning service asked if I wanted my room cleaned in the morning or evening.  All that was ever done was trash emptied , towels replaced, and bed turned down . The room and bedding smelled horendous. We had packed lysol fortunately . We sprayed  the linens, carpets, and curtain in our Balcony room.

We dined in the Blush dining area on deck 3 aft. On night 2  and on night 4 my wife received hair and eyelash in her food. Of course we did not make a scene. But we did send it back. Two of the last three nights we just ate at Lido buffet.  I will say that the food was disappointing compared to the last 3 cruises we had on Carnival. The waiter at our table in the dining room, gave us his story of hard luck. He had six kids, very expensive where he was from. Fishing for tips.  Two nights at karoike, my paper with my requests to sing were overlooked. That has been one of my favorite parts of cruising.  I feel the staff was not organized enough to handle the jobs they were given.  The Easy Breezy band was so unprofessional it was pitiful. They hadn't a clue for the most part what they were doing. But they laughed it off.  One of the wait staff in Lido dining was visiting with us about his being robbed at gunpoint in Jamaica. So we decided to stay on board for the day . We got off and right back on .  Upon returning home  my bank account had been drafted 3 times the amount necessary to cover my charges. In fact to date , Carnival still owes me $300.00.     I also never received my $50 on board credit.  So I went to guest services and questioned it?  They informed me that I did not have one when I booked.  I have sent this same info to the cruise.com to alert them as well. For I am certain I was told that I had a $50 on board credit. I contemplated adjusting my gratuities. I suppose I should have, Just didn't. I am planning a cruise around Thanksgiving of 2017. My sons and daughter in laws and their kids, my mother and father in law, my daughter in laws parents are all planning to come along. I'm not certain at this time which cruise line I will use. I wanted you to have this feedback so that perhaps another cruiser will not encounter these things that we did. Again, this was our 2nd cruise in 2016 on Carnival. The scheduled dinners were disappointing. We happened to walked by the Lido prior to dinner most of the food being served on the buffet line was being served in the restaurant ,we did not return back to the restaurant on the third day.we had a wraparound deck in our room. this was outstanding. The waterslide was outstanding and so much fun.The bubble up program was very disappointing not a good value.it would have been better to allow us to have a can of Coke or service to our room if we paid for the  bubbles program.The TV in our room was very slow to respond as well as our other traveling guest in their room.we never could hear the announcements from the captain in our rooms we had to go outside in the hallway in order to hear them.I really feel that overall the cruise was fun .

We did enjoy the cruise, although we never received our promised credit from booking through .

Our favorite part of the cruise was the waitstaff performing during dinner.  It is very fun and charming.

Slightly disappointed that Carnival's food quality is not as great as it used to be and cabin service has gone from twice a day to one time.

Children enjoyed Club O2 very much.

This was my first time on a cruise. The first day was great, however there was a storm in the Gulf and it was rocky the next day. I had a great time when I was in port but it rained while in Belize and Honduras. The food was ok, everyone told me how great the food was, and I felt I just ordered the wrong thing all the time. Fortunately you can order more, but then I just felt bad for being wasteful. The omelette wasn't good. I paid $120 for some of the worst wifi service ever!! Kids knocked on our door every night. I would call guest services to complain and they only sent chocolate covered strawberries as an "I'm sorry", and they were hot! I kept thinking that I've had much better food elsewhere, and that I could've saved my money and just flown somewhere and had a WAY better time! NEVER AGAIN!!!

We just got back from our cruise and we are already planning another for next year!! It was beyond words AMAZING!! From the day before we stayed in Galveston on the beach to boarding the ship. There were lines of course but they all went very quickly!! The food was great, the pools, the slides, the room!! Highly recommend a balcony! Well worth the money!! The Ocean Camp for kids was also great!! Very port was a tropical paradise!! Only bad point was getting off the boat. You have to be out of the room by 8:30 which was fine but our baggage tags were 22. That is almost the very last bags so inturn we were almost the last people off the ship...literally! Make sure everyone has a passport!! They have about 15 custom lines and only 3 were for birth certificates. Our girls didn't have a passport but they will for the next one. Overall A+ and ready to cruise again!!! Paradise awaits!! You only live once get out and enjoy it!!!

Favorite part of the cruise was the food at dinner and the quiet areas to relax in. 

The only drawback is there wasn't a separate sports bar so everyone had to go the Casino to watch sports and be with the smokers.  I wish there was a place smokers could watch the games separate from nonsmokers. 

The cruise was excellent! It is the best value out there for vacation. Ive traveled out of country. Ive travelled in state. This is by far the best value out there. I spent very little time in my stateroom but every time I stepped in or out my steward Pavlo was there. He knew me by name by the 2nd day. He and everyone else acted as though they LOVE LOVE LOVE their job!!!!! no grumpiness there. Mikey (cruise director) was a mess...LOL ....Cant say enough good things about this amazing cruise

Great service, weather, food, amenities! We booked a dinner at the steak and Italian restaurants. You pay a little extra for it but its worth it.

Tip: you can eat at the Italian restaurant for lunch @ no additional cost. The menu is limited but the pasta is plentiful 

My favorite part of the cruise was going to grand cayman and swimming with the sting rays! Sting ray city had amazing reviews and I know why now! The amenities on the breeze were nice. The water park was fun for my daughter and all of my grown friends. Water slides were a lot of fun. I would def recommend this cruise to everyone 

was not to happy having to come in to port early and carnival not compromising with us all shops closed early and it was very sad not to be able to go get last second things.. they could have told us that spending and gambling was shutting off at a ..... time...been on more with better cruise directors.  

 It was our first cruise. it gave us a great experience and the wish of going to another one. the staff was polite and dedicated to its work and the activities really entreating 

This is a typical carnival cruise. 46% of the passengers were from Texas and 8% from Oklahoma. So for me it didn't feel like a complete escape since I live in that part of the world. Carnival is very bad about up selling you on everything. The evening entertainment was a pretty big disappointment it there was always something to do on the ship. Jamaica is absolutely stunning but I would never go back because the people are animals. The taxi driver tried to rob me. 

Swimming with the stingrays and the turtle farm in the grand cayman was the best part of the cruise by far.                                      

What a wonderful vacation. So happy we chose this trip and ship. All of the crew were so friendly and always so polite.  So much to do and we had a wonderful Cruise Director "Mike". Would take this ship again
