I loved the food! Loved sitting on my balcony and watching the waves across the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea. Service was excellent and the people were very attentive. Excursions were fantastic!

I would suggest improving the organization of the safety practices as each is required to gather at a designated Muster Station. Too many people in a small area, and we had to wait while others were searching for the designated area. Everyone was new to the boat, so they didn't know where to go, especially if your station was not near your stateroom. Much confusion.

The Breeze was a great ship. Great lay out. Lots of activities. Best cruise director ever! Schwartz!! Make sure you see everything he hosts, won't be disappointed. 

This was my first cruise, and I had the time of my life!!!!! Everyone on the ship was so friendly and very helpful. The ship was very clean, no trash anywhere. Food was great, Marketplace and the Dining. Loved our dining waiters. Joel and Basil were so good. They were attentive to our every need. Would love to take them home!

I love Carnival Cruises. I liked this one and rated it as very good versus excellent due to the dining time we had. We signed up for anytime dining and ended up getting the late dining time at 815. This makes it almost impossible to make any of the shows.

Was pleasantly surprised by less people showing up early in the AM and "claiming" a deck chair for all day use.

Was really disappointed in being unable to make any of the comedy shows due to our dining time and Carnival choosing to put them into the smallest venue they have. Would have been available to more guest had they used a larger venue. Every show I waited in line for was full by the time I got there and I refuse to spend two hours showing up early to make it and was unable to do so for the late shows due to our dining time. They were always full by the time we got there.

Cruise director Schwartz was a high energy guy and very good at his job. Cabin crews were awesome. The pork restaurant needs longer hours - only went there once due to the terrible wait and line. Good food, but not worth the extra long wait.

Having been on many other Carnival Ships, we are so happy to have picked this one for our vacay. The Carnival Breeze was awesome, and our family enjoyed the food options and entertainment more than usual.  Burgers on board on the lido were incredible, and all you can eat frozen yogurt and water slides kept us cool.  It was cool to sit next to a $20,159.00 jackpot winner in the casino!  We loved every bit of it and wouldn't hesitate planning another cruise on the Carnival Breeze. 

I booked my cruise with points I received through the Marriott rewards program.  This was difficult because carnival and Marriott rewards could not work together very well.

At the bar I was charged a 15% gratuity for a bar tender to make me a drink.  I can understand that gratuity for a bartender making drinks for a large group but for a single drink it is just wrong.  Please review for yourself what the word " gratuity" means.  I paid my gratuities up front when I booked my trip.

We were a little disappointed with the activity part because the  my teens wanted to play some games but they made cut offs to how many teams could play and they chose the most visible people..

Food got a little monotonous.

we were not able to get to Jamaica, someone had an emergency that required us to go to Cozumel first then rerouted to Honduras instead. I realize that is no one's fault but I have been to Honduras twice and I was looking forward to Jamaica.

the casino was in the middle of the ship on deck 5. you had to go through to get to either side. after a few trips and getting sick, I am severely allergic to cigarette smoke, we had to go down, around and back up to get from our dining area to the shopping area. I have been sick with bronchitis and laryngitis ever since being exposed to the smoke just the few times I went through.

the food services closed every afternoon by 1pm. If my 4 year old granddaughter needed a snack at 2 or 2:30 we were out of luck. we had to go back to our cabin and order room service. it was very inconvenient. 

the ship was just too large for us to enjoy, if this had been our first cruise we would probably never go again. I would definitely not recommend this trip. 

We went on our cruise for our honeymoon.  The only negative thing that occurred was when someone became ill and needed off the ship before we reached our first port of call, Jamaica. The captain came on the loudspeaker and was hard to understand and was extremely matter of fact and unapologetic about the schedule change.  We of course understood and was supportive of the ill person getting off the boat asap, but the way it was handled we were not happy about it.  Instead of Jamaica our first port of call was changed to Roatan, which was beautiful.  My complaint is that for some reason instead of shortening our first port of call they shortened our second port of call by 90 minutes which WAS a BIG DEAL due to the fact that our excursion changed times which left us no extra time to do the shopping we had planned on in Grand Cayman.  Grand Cayman was a tender port and the excursion team was meeting on the ship so we couldn't get off the ship to shop and make it back in time without risking being late for our excursion.  We wound up canceling our Sting Ray excursion that I was so excited about and went shopping instead.  In my opinion there was no good reason for our second port of call to be shortened.  I can see why the first port of call would need to be changed, but not our second.

What a great way to spend time with family and friends and never wonder what you'really going to do, no meals to fix,no cleanup, lots of entertainment,  friendly staff always wanting to be sure you are enjoying the cruise. All for one affordable price!

Enjoyed the cruise very much, but very disappointed in Carnival. We did not have TV in our room till 7:30pm of the 5th day. TV is where you find out what's going on, what's on menu at Dining Room & how much you've spent on shipboard account. Reported problem to Guest Services everyday with the same stupid ass answer. We will put a ticket in on it. Never received a follow up call to see if TV worked. So as far as I'm concerned, Carnival sucks in making their guests happy. No credits received for whole guest experience not being what was advertised 

Enjoyed the trip, would consider a similar trip again. Attitude of crew made the trip great, always a happy friendly smile. Paul and April in the Saphire Dining Room always made the evening meal something to look forward to.

My husband and I had such a great time! We have referred lots of friends and family to experience it for themselves. Everyone was so nice and inviting. We literally did not have to ask for anything. There was so much entertainment and fun going on, we didnt get to do it all!! 😍

Yes would recommend this cruise. .visiting the islands for the first time was good..oh my gosh the Cruise Director was awesome he kept everyone on their toes...

over all a good experience, however, a better management of disembarking during visiting ports will be appreciated, during the cruise it was more about who push the most to get in the elevators..etc

PA for onboard activities (bingo, theatre..etc) should be not as loud as it was, it has waked me up several time when I was sleeping in my room with my kids. I have informed the guest services several time, have talked to the cruise director (Shwartz) that was doing the PA but nothing has been taken in account. At the end of the day I should be able to get some rest without been bothered, this was annoying

They help celebrate my birthday . team very nice and fun. Stewards went above and beyond. Ports lovely food and entertainment great. Dont have much more to say but it want let me without more characters. Great great great birthday cruise will do it again in the future

We had a good time on the cruise because it was a vacation.  We were away from school, work and other daily routines.  However, I started cruising in the early 90s and they are not like what they use to be.  The food was so much better tasting with more variety back then.  Now, I feel that they just throw food together and give to us saying "they’ll eat it".  A lot of the food was not seasoned properly and some stuff was like slop.  Also, the service has gone down.  We did not get turn down service in the afternoons and I am a VIP traveler.  The problem with Carnival is the service and food is going down but the prices keep increasing.  But, if you don't care about these things a cruise is still one of the best values going for a vacation. 

PS:  I have to give a shout out for Guy's Burgers.  They are so good.  I have to say getting Guy's Burgers is one of the best decisions Carnivals made in a long time.

This was our 9th Carnival cruise and it did not disappoint. My children are almost grown now (my daughter was 3 on her 1st cruise and now she is 18). We love doing different excursions at each port, especially if we have visited there before. We enjoy the  Punchliner comedy club, as well as simply playing cards at night on the lido deck. I have nothing bad to say, if there is a problem they fix it. My daughter and I are both vegetarians, and you would assume we would have some issues, but no, the waiters help us decide what we want a night ahead so the chefs can prepare our special orders.  I had the best cream of broccoli soup as well as French onion, both made with vegetable broth.

It was a wonderful 7 days on the Carnival Breeze!  Check in was easy, room was ready( thank you platinum perk), food was great and thelaossotherapy pool was hot!  What more could you ask? Rodrigo, our room steward was great.  We spent every night in the piano bar with Tony Ward, the leader of the piano bar-barians! As usual, Tony was such fun!

The bar staff there , Jana and Soca are so nice.  Jana remembered my name from the first night.

I appreciated the importance of great guest service and how clean the staff kept everything.  Pretty much all of the staff were awesome, and remembered names, cared about the service they provided and went above and beyond daily. There was one person in the Blush dining - Jean Paul at breakfast, he was rude, didn't smile, and it was so telling how spoiled we were when only one employee on the entire cruise was rude.  The food was amazing - I loved the constant events and how busy the ship stayed, there was always something fun to do. I appreciated the carnival hub app and the daily newsletters to keep us informed about what was happening by the hour.  Our room steward was so amazing, he always made sure we had fresh towels and our beds were made even prior to bedtime if we took afternoon naps.  This was such a personal extra touch we very much appreciated and it made us feel special and pampered. The cruise director also was personable and tried his best to keep things very positive and light.  I had so much stress from my day to day life at home and after 7 days on this cruise it was all gone and I felt very refreshed and ready to conquer new challenges again!  Thank you Carnival!
