Review summary

Enjoyed the cruise very much, but very disappointed in Carnival. We did not have TV in our room till 7:30pm of the 5th day. TV is where you find out what's going on, what's on menu at Dining Room & how much you've spent on shipboard account. Reported problem to Guest Services everyday with the same stupid ass answer. We will put a ticket in on it. Never received a follow up call to see if TV worked. So as far as I'm concerned, Carnival sucks in making their guests happy. No credits received for whole guest experience not being what was advertised

My brother and I have never been disappointed on 24 cruises we have done with Carnival. I think a couple of times something minor happened and it was taken care of in a reasonable time. I hope you will continue to cruise no matter which Cruise Line.

Oops pushed the wrong button before I was finished....also walked to the dining room and looked at the menu board. I'm sorry your experience was so bad.

I agree with the others. There are many other ways to get the information you needed other than the tv. I was on the Valor last month and I didn't even know you could see the activities or menu or your balance on the tv...I read the newsletter, used the Carnival hub on my phone and wale

Mr Santos is a beach resort that is all inclusive worth the money but you will want to reserve your spot as soon as you can they get sold out fast.

Same here. Been on 9 cruises with Carnival never a problem. Pay the extra for a suite and you won't be sorry.

Our TV made a loud buzzing sound so we turned it off. But we casually mentioned it to our room steward and it was fixed the same day. Didn't need the TV but appreciated the customer service.

Go get a fun times newsletter at guest services. Tv is not the only source for information.

You can also get the carnival hub app and it has the itinerary as well as your account. I have been on 5 cruises and have 2 more booked. All with Carnival. We are always happy!

I read this and think...what...?? I have been on seven cruises (Carnival) and just NEVER had issues EVER... no TV BTW....there are kiosks everywhere and guest services. Don't give me a sob story about you couldn't find out how much you owed OR what the daily itinerary is...FUN newsletter!
