Drinks watered down, ship smelled of sewage, food was tasteless and hardly ever open, very rude staff (only exception was Melissa in Red Frog). Do yourself a favor and go on Royal or NCL. I would give Carnival a negative if it would allow me.

Everything went smooth from the time we entered until we disembarked. The Belize Jeep Adventure was over the top. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants an exciting time...not for the faint of heart or for anyone with back problems.

We have always enjoyed the decor on this ship and the way people are spread out in different areas so you never seem crowded.There was always seats for the shows and bands .We chose anytime dining and only had to wait about 15 minutes one evening to be seated.The staff are excellent and call you by name .

This was a great cruise! We had a balcony room near an elevator that made it convenient to get around the ship. There weren't too many day-time activities like trivia or gameshows like on other ships so we spent our days sleeping in, in the pools and hut tubs, on the sky ropes course, or playing mini golf and pool table. There was a mainstage show every evening usually just song and dance show but they also did the Love & Marriage Gameshow and Hasboro Gameshow. They also have a comedy club with stand up comedy every night - family shows earlier and 18+ shows around 9:30 and 11pm each night. We loved it! Seaday brunch was delicious and went until 1 or 2pm. Lido buffet food was open at strange times so we never got to eat there! But they have a great sandwich shop open until 11pm every day. Hands-down the best food on the ship is the Guy's burger hut and the Guys smokehouse... That macaroni and cheese!!! We had sit down dinner in the Blush restaurant every night. Our server Gilbert was amazing! We often ordered multiple appetizers and desserts. Lobster Tail on night 2 was the best food. Of course we had melting lava cake every night! Leydi our housekeeper kept our room tidy and helped with every need. It's obvious that Cruise Director Steven Schwartz is always up for a good time and made sure that cruise guests were always smiling along with him. Would definitely recommend this ship and itinerary!

Overall everything was great. I'm a foodie so I was very impressed with the main dining room and buffet, but the specialty restaurants were excellent, especially the steakhouse. Top notch!

The cruise was okay, good to spend time with my daughter and husband. I am very disappointed at the way you have chosen to handle my son in laws situation. He got sick for a day and was not able to leave his cabin while we were in Puerto Rico. It is obvious he got sick from something on the ship and you have chosen to insult us with a $100.00 refund. We were just on Royal Caribbean in May and will more than likely cruise other carrierers in the future.

I am good at rolling with things when they are not perfect and I never expect vacations to be perfect, but on this trip, I felt that Carnival wasn't really about their guests as much as in the past. Our cruise director, Schwartz was a lot of fun, high energy and man, did that guy work all over that ship. As far as the stuff that happened with our room, I feel like we should have been heard and taken care of on the first night and something should have been done the second day. We didn't get moved until day 3 and they were like, "We'll try to find out where the noise is coming from" or "let us know if keeps happening." It was like hearing our boat crashing for 5 straight hours two nights in a row. Our room steward even went into our room both nights and heard it. It should have bee taken seriously and we were feeling like we were treated as an inconvenience or trying to get something for free. I did not ask for a suite, that's the room they moved us into and I was happy. Since I had to deal with cranky kids for 2 days on my vacation, I felt I was owed a new room and I felt like it took a lot for us to get that room. They should have taken the credit off our bill without making us wait in lines and beg for help. Aside from that, we made the best of our trip and still had a great time.

Overall we had a great time and would book Carnival again. Our first cruise was On Royal Caribbean ( but older /smaller ship) can’t really make a fair comparison but both have good and bad points.

The entire carnival crew was amazing they were all very friendly and helpful.

This was a very relaxing cruise for my husband and I but it was fall break and there were lots of children. We didn't mind but some folks did. We have cruised several times before so we never waited in any lines because we knew what we liked and when to go. Just do a little research before you go and you will have a much more comfortable cruise. The staff couldn't have been any more pleasant and the ship is my absolute favorite out of 17 cruises. The ports were wonderful and the Italian restaurant was exceptional!

This was our first cruise and we can't wait to go again!!!!

Excellent vacation! Still have concerns regarding the tipping process and charges appearing on sail/sign card that weren't authorized.

I did not like how Carnival handles their soda packages. Young children were coming up to bars to get their sodas. Always waiting in lines to get food, embark, disembark, etc. We had 8:15 dining time and never left dining room till almost 9:45...slow.

Alex and Jarred (Sapphire dining room waiters/servers) were awesome! Also Aaron (6th deck head cleaning crew) was also awesome! They were always very nice and helpful.

Onboard crew were attentive and friendly. Good activities on board

The service was great as usual. By the end of the cruise we got bored of the repetitive activities that were on the ship. We felt like we were constantly being pressured in to spending extra money on board which was annoying.

Ports were very interesting. Breeze is a very nice Ship!

Much needed getaway as we take care of our elderly parents! We celebrated our 37th Wedding Anniversary with a Couples Spa (Amazing!) and dinner at Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse, Liquid Night Club was great! The ATV Excursion in DR & Beach @ Grand Turks! My husband wants to continue to cruise!!

I was on the Breeze when it was brand new. It was ok then, but not now. Problems with the plumbing and the ship needs to be refurbished! Food quality is poor. Entertainment is poor. Nothing on room TV.

The cruise was a nice experience for myself and my family as it was our first cruise ever. However, in my opinion it is over priced for what it was. We were unable to use the pool since it was always filled with drunk adults. My kids Had a hard time getting attention from bar tenders since they were not adults ordering alcohol and tipping. We loved our waiter and room steward and the entertainment was good.
