Review summary
The cruise was okay, good to spend time with my daughter and husband. I am very disappointed at the way you have chosen to handle my son in laws situation. He got sick for a day and was not able to leave his cabin while we were in Puerto Rico. It is obvious he got sick from something on the ship and you have chosen to insult us with a $100.00 refund. We were just on Royal Caribbean in May and will more than likely cruise other carrierers in the future.Embarkation
