Ship was nice, but public areas such as stores were not up to par. Barbeque offered on 5'th deck should be by pool. Using big names to push poolside burgers & the comedians onboard is not necessary. Comedians need to have longer shows. Also disappointed there was no sports pub or ESPN?????

Absolutely loved this beautiful vessel! She is at the top of my favorites list for sure. It's been a while since we cruised on her but the experience we had made the memories so vivid. From the crew to the decor, every little detail was amazing.

Did you get that this was a very, very bad experience?? Our waiter in the main dining room was extremely rude on a daily basis. One evening, a couple with our group arrived 10 mins after the others; the waiter took everyone's order but theirs because he felt "disrespected" they would show up late for his service. When they asked if they could place their order, he yells for all that he would help them AFTER everyone is served their dinners! Nightly the Maitre d', who believes he is Sinatra, would blast at 1000 decibels his attempt to sing the entire Sinatra collection of songs rather than do his paid job, followed by some raunchy, strip-tease or teeny-bop number with the waitstaff jumping onto the tables, stripping, and shaking their booties in our faces. Yuck! Entertainment staff were quite bad, the performances poorly executed, dancers showed they lacked good foundational training and were just hacks. Someone in our group were seriously injured when their excursion transport was rear-ended - they refused to let us borrow a wheelchair, they refused to let our person come aboard stating they would have to go to the hospital and cleared before being allowed onboard and since we were about to depart from port, we would have to pay a fortune to fly them from that island to the next stop and even then they may not be allowed to board. My son became critically ill on a Princess ship, was rushed to their hospital onboard and placed on life support until their treatments began working and he recovered, and received superior service; Carnival crew refused to help in any way until 2 serious (1 fatality) issues happened to others and they were forced by the police and coroner to stay put. Other's misfortune ended up being our only hope. Two good things about the Carnival Breeze: the lovely Russian girl that works at the coffee bar and the wonderful Japanese dining spot. This was our first and LAST time to ever go with a Carnival ship - we're sticking with Princess and Royal Caribbean - they understand how to run successful ships and trips.

Cruised on the Breeze twice and loved it both times! The Carnival Breeze is a very up to date, fun, eventful, entertaining, clean, perfect ship. I sailed in 2012 and repeated in 2014. Both times I had the same awesome experience. The Breeze was my first introduction to Carnival Cruise Lines and since then I have been loyal to Carnival. Beautiful ship boasting a fantastic crew.

Overall the ship was nice. This was my first cruise, and I was told by many I picked the best ship to start with. Lots to do, layout was easy to navigate.

I miss a swimming pool for kids far from them to the adults. I would like more shopps, mostly cloths for kids. My bagage was missed and my children hanvent clothes an it was no place to shopp.

This was a rare opportunity to travel with my son and his family.

The Breeze is a newer ship and in wonderful condition. Her physical appearance and sheer size are amazing! However, a number of minor occurrences took place during our cruise that left us with a negative impression. As a result, we will most likely pursue one of the other cruise lines when preparing for our next vacation. The issues had to deal with bar & beverage service and two instances of food poisoning.

This was my first cruise and a rare opportunity to travel with my son and his family.

The ship was very beautiful with wonderful things to do. The activities for kids was great--The food was the worst we have ever had with Carnival. We have sailed 10 cruises prior with Carnival and the food in the Lido and main dining rooms was awful. The steak house and Italian restaurant were very very good--but you had to pay extra for those.

Awesome ship for our first cruise. In Oct 2012 from Barcelona, still enjoying the memories today. Only disappointment was not stopping in Venice or Monaco as per the itinerary (could not be helped) and no one from Carnival returning my call as promised. Still waiting 5yrs later 😂 All that aside I would definitely recommend the breeze.

Cruised the Mediterranean in 2012 on the Carnival Breeze for our honeymoon, best trip ever and still living the memories. Loved the ship, the crew and the destinations, would highly recommend it.

The ship was very big. It was a little confusing to navigate around.

Much less glitzy, more tasteful than other Carnival ships. Very nice stateroom accommodations - we had a cove balcony that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Cruising with Carnival has always been a great experience. The staff are always warm and very hospitable. The ship is so clean, they do a great job in exceeding guest expectations.

The ship is beautiful.

The ports of call were interesting and visiting the major cities on a Sat was a plus and the traffic to and from was light. The staff on the Carnivale Breeze were especially helpful and friendly. The entertainment was ok. The food was as expected. Lots of variety and plenty too. I am a bridge player and unfortunately the bridge games had to be organized by the passengers. Yes the bridge was annouced in the bulletin and the cards and materials were supplied. Still I suppose Carnivale did not find this activity was a money maker so too bad for those passengers who played bridge. Let them fend for themselves. I will explore other cruise lines.

After the visit to various ports were missed due to captain decisions, our fun days at sea were not fun at all due to the poor entertainment choices available. Jaimie, the entertainment director, had very few activities, theater shows were repeated, and was rude in her treatment of port re-scheduling news.
