Review summary

Well worth the money. If you don't want to pay for a balcony, the ocean view served us nicely. We didn't feel like we missed out on not having a balcony. The staff was friendly and even when we had to go to customer service a few times it went quick and they were super helpful. If you only have a short amount of time to do a cruise, this one is worth it.

Ship Quality

The ship seemed to need a deep clean, especially the carpet. They should do away with their yellow carpet because it shows everything. Often when we walked around the ship I would see wrappers, a lemon wedge, other small items dropped in walking paths. There are not enough self-busing areas on the lido deck. I wasn't sure where to put our empty glass. When walking to our room we'd see roomservice plates/glasses in hallway for hours or sometimes overnight. Maybe this is due to short staff but I can't deny, it was a bit of a noticable issue and therefore I can't give 5 stars.

Ship tip

Our cabin had two bathroom areas, one had a tub!! Only one toilet but that's ok. The window was recessed so provided the perfect space for sitting in with a cup of coffee. IMPORTANT...there is only one...ONE outlet in the entire room. Bring an extension cord.

Ports of call

Just came to the ship. Did not tour at all.

Did the excursion with glass boat, twister boat, beach and jeep ride. Worth the money. Dispite all my next comments, we had a blast. The Jeeps you drive are not Jeep Wranglers like they show in the video. They are more of an SUV. There was also a little confussion amongst the tour operators on how to get from the island back to the Jeeps. But they were good to not let us seem like it was a big problem. The lines for food and drinks are long and take up a lot of your time on the island. The twister boat was fun (but if you have back issues, I would NOT recommend this). The glass boat snorkeling was so so much fun!! Overall. we really felt like this was worth the money.

We didn't do an excursion here. Instead we leasurly got off the ship around 10:30am, took the free shuttle to a bus garage, got on the $10 city tour (45 min), then walked 3 blocks to the public beach. PRO TIP:Vyou can get a one hour massage on the beach for about $25. I didn't do it but heard it was amazing. Probably better than the $250 one I paid for on the ship. (would not recommend)

Well organized. We did the digital debarking where you carry your own luggage. I've done it both ways and if you can carry your luggage, I would recommend carrying it. Wait on Deck 5 because someone came by before our scheduled time and told us we could get off early. Not sure sure if they did that on the Lido deck.
