Review summary

This was our first cruise and overall we had a blast. Food was less than par and disappointing, but we weren't there for that. The on board bingo and Deal or No Deal was expensive for what you got, but fun. We will cruise again and now we know what to expect.

Food was a disappointment all around. We even did the seafood for extra and it too was lacking. I heard a lot of people talk about how bland or bad the food was.

There was a huge hole on the side of my bed. It made sleeping on it difficult since it met with the middle of my back. I told our room attendant and they put egg crates on the bed. It helped, but was still awkward.

We were overcharged at one of the port stores. When we went back to dispute, the lady tried to only give us 10.00 back and take away some of our items. I stood my ground and she gave the items back. We were still overpaying, but we let it go. When we returned home, we saw that she had actually triple charged us...was supposed to only be 24.00 and she charged our card 65.00. She had done it to others as well. We are now having to dispute the charges. It is the store that has all kinds our nick knacks right before you get on the bus to go to town. Exporian I think it's called. Cash is KING and it really sucks that it was one of the port stores.

was chaotic because there were too many lines that led into only two lines to get off. People were testy and hot!
