Buffet isn’t closed “most of the time”. It’s opened from 7-1130, 12-3, 6-9.

Cruising isn't for some people. I always recommend the MDR to new cruisers. Better food ,a nicer environment, and you feel more catered to. Rarely eat at buffet except for a fresh made omelet or Mongolian Wok
