It was a good services. The Main issue was with the WIFI. We took premium and it was totally useless. We should get reimbursed for it as we were not able to use it. It is not a single case so many people has the same bad experience. The waiters were a 10 for sure. Outstanding dinner service. They remembered everyone's name. The team leader Brian, Putu Riga, Reymund. The attendant for our room was also outstanding. He helped us with everything we requested. His name is Pandae.

Food is okay but Captain's dinner was so bad. Specialty restaurant , the steak house is outstanding. Breakfast and lunch buffets are fine. They need to organize the buffet place to reduce the waiting time, especially the Mongolian Wok and Omelet place.

We took the cabin/balcony on 6th deck and it's always stinks in the hallway and in the back of the ship so bad , they need to take care of this big problem immediately.

Everything was fine but it's the time for some upgrades ( new paint and better mattress etc)
Ship tip
Don't choose any cabins on 6th deck , the hallway has very bad smell.
They need to improve a lot, better direction sign boards, better walkways, drop off parking spaces, skyway to cross the roads with strollers and luggage and just adopt some good layouts from other ports to make so many improvements.
