If you can help it, take the stairs. Elevators are super busy and very hard to come by at times especially during embarkation and debarkation well as dinner times.

Leaves a lot to be desired. There used to be a free lobster night during elegant night, they stopped that. The buffets didn’t have much that my 9 year old would eat. Even us adults didn’t like the buffet food much. Dining room food wasn’t anything special. The pizza pirate is amazing though. The seafood place by the pool was good. Dining room has very long wait times, they are short staffed. I was told after everyone got their meal that they didn’t have what I ordered and they just brought me a random plate. Would have been nice to know right after I ordered to be able to actually order something different.

Loves the 80’s rock band, bingo and deal or no deal are a big rip off. Cost quite a bit of money and almost impossible to win anything. Only 3 bingo winners in a whole theatre full of people unless their is double winners during one game. Deal or no deal has 2 people that get called on stage, then you have to match cases and that’s hard to do too. I matched 3 cases and won a bingo credit which again was pointless as you’ll probably never win anything. I was playing with 6 cards too..

They only have 1 or two kids choice hours in a whole day. I have a special needs child who doesn’t want to do the set activities and prefers to do his own thing which wasn’t possible

Crew are very overworked. Room steward didn’t listen to specific instructions (take care of trash and towels only). Room service takes an hour sometimes. Waiters aren’t as friendly as they used to be, very overworked:

Ship tip
Don’t rush off the ship right away when debarking if you can help it. You’ll stand around for an hour. Only 2 elevators are working when going on and off the ship
We just cruised the Dream on a 6 day cruise and had Lobster on the second elegant night ,prime rib and shrimp was available on both nights. Not quite sure how you missed that. We ate MDR every evening and checked in. The longest wait we had was 20 minutes. I'm thinking the different ships may be short staffed but our entire cruise was wonderful.
Appreciate your feedback. The lobster is still available on longer cruises the second “elegant” night. Sorry your cruise didn’t meet your expectations.
