While there are some areas that I think Carnival can improve on, again I believe that your cruise experience is what you make of it. We love cruising with Carnival and will continue to do so. We've already booked our next trip aboard her as well as a few other ships over the next year or so. If you have never been on a cruise with Carnival, you are definitely in for a fantastic time among great crew and staff members.

While there are MANY options onboard the Breeze, the quality of the food leaves a lot to be desired. Yes, Guys burger joint is always a great success, for those of us that don't want to eat burgers everyday, the quality of the Lido Marketplace and the Main Dining Rooms are a bit of a disappointment. Often the food is bland and repetitive. The danger zone temps leave me worried sometimes as to whether the food is safe at the lukewarm temps we often encountered. I do believe that Carnival could and should do better on delivering better variety and quality foods regularly .
Onboard Activities

Doing trivia at the Ocenaview Plaza is always fun for us. The shows in the Ovation theater we passed on as the shows were the exact same as what we say on board in July last year. The comedy shows were OK but nothing phenomenal. I do believe that the fun you have on board is what you make of it so we had a good time regardless of again repetitive shows and mediocre comedy.

The flow of the ship works really well to get to different things when you want to. And the cleanliness is always on point as the staff takes great pride in what they do.
Cabin / Stateroom

We got our first inside cabin as we usually do balcony cabins. 10285 was a great inside cabin. Nothing phenomenal about it but it worked great for us. The bonus is the close proximity to the Lido deck pool area, bars and food. It was great to literally walk out of the cabin, around the corner and right on to the entertainment deck. With the cabin being so close to the pool area, it was super quiet and just a great cabin for us. Will definitely try to book these close cabins again.
Ship tip
Don't forget about the midship elevators. Often everyone is crowded around the forward elevators and completely neglect the mid ship elevators. We rarely had to wait long for an elevator there.
We didn't even get off of the ship as did a LOT of passengers. I'm not sure why Carnival still visits this port. No great views to be had from the ship. You are greeted with an overwhelming number of shipping containers...
Even though we got off the ship in about 45 minutes, it is frustrating to no end waiting for an elevator to take you down when you are carrying off your own luggage. They only have 1/4 of the elevators working AND they are typically full of people from lower floors hopping on to ride the elevators all the way up in order to go back down to deck 3. I believe if Carnival would program the elevators to always go to the top floor and work it's way down on disembarkation it may work better. If people are going from lower floors to the Lido or deck 5 to wit, then use the Atrium elevators or mid elevators to go UP...
