Review summary

Unfortunately I was seasick for the first time for most of the cruise. We had rough seas! I was on the breeze with John heald and he's hilarious, cookie the cruise director hands down the best!

Food and Dining

Food was great, I didn't get the same close feeling with my dinning team as I have on previous cruises and I missed that however service was still good

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
The only time I saw my room steward was on the first day and we needed the bed changed since it wasn't set up to king. We never saw him after that. He cleaned the room everyday and we loved our towel animals

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
We had a huge plumbing issue in our bathroom that we kept having to call for. We also noticed a very strong sewer smell on different parts of the ship. I know those things happen of course so we just have to roll with it. Once again I never see crew not doing something, either handing masks or cleaning or taking care of guests. I know how hard they work and how much effort is put into making us feel safe during covid I always appreciate that!

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
First time in an interior cabin, it wasn't bad. I enjoyed the extra darkness at the same time I hated not know what time of day it was without any light. Cabin was plenty room for 2 of us!

Ship tip

I am not sure if this ship is different then the others we have been on or the weather or both but this was by far the worse ship with movement. I have hardly felt it on my previous cruises and this one I was sick almost the whole cruise.

I was on that same cruise. Loved Cookie and Mr Heald. It was the best cruise since pandemic!

Sorry to hear that you were sick most of the time on your cruise but the best cure for seasickness is to take another cruise

If you feel queasy try a glass of tonic or seltzer with 3-4 drops of Angostura bitters mixed in
