Was Great to be back on a cruise ship after 22 months for us. Enjoyed the R&R. Can't wait until Feb.
Embarkation
4 out of 5
Embarkation was super easy. Wasn't an issue because they weren't running at full capacity but we had a Grand suite and are Platinum and there wasn't priority boarding and room weren't ready till 1330 hrs. Easy check in.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Food was great. 1 night the steak I ate was mostly fat and gristle but wasn't that hungry that night. Wait staff was amazing as usual, all 3 were super friendly.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
We didn't use the pools but the pools and hot tubs weren't full of the same people that probably never get out to use the bathroom. LOL.
Entertainment
2 out of 5
Obviously we hadn't sailed since Nov 19 and the shows were the same as they were then so we didn't go to any shows. A little disappointing they didn't take the time to update them. Cookie the CD was amazing. We've had him a couple times before. He's probably our favorite.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Room steward did a great job but we didn't see him like we had in past cruises, maybe they were doing a lot extra and over worked.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Ship looked and smelled clean all the time. There were folks cleaning at all hours of the day and night.
Cabin / Stateroom

First and probably our only time in a Grand Suite which was amazing. Huge bathroom with whirlpool tub, toilet, bidet, 2 sinks. Large area with a certiorari couch with hide a bed if needed. Balcony had 2 chairs with a table and a lounge chair. Was an awesome room.
Got into port late so we only had 4 hours in port but didn't have much planned. We rented a golf cart and drove around and went to the Krazy Lobster. Nice little area to hang out and set on the beach but the food was not good at all. Bought a few souvenirs for the kids and grandkids then drove around on the way back to the ship.
Went to Paradise Beach to chill for the day. We like it better than Mr Sanchos beciae it's not as much a party atmosphere. Food and drinks were awesome. Water was a little murky and stinky due to TS Nicholas that went by a few days earlier. Found some awesome shells though. Definitely recommend Paradise Beach.
Customs took a little bit longer than usual due to C. V. but not bad. We carried our luggage off so we went to the Sapphire dining room and were the first to get off when cleared. Walked right off. When approaching customs they check you off with facial recognition so this was virtually instant.
