Last two cruises was out of Galveston. Port Canaveral didn’t appear to have it as together. Elevator was broke for wheelchairs so was delayed by about 50 mins.

Cabin was clean, we did have our room cleaned daily. Our Steward Ariel was great.

Ship tip

If traveling with someone needing wheelchair assistance be prepared to wait. Very unorganized in my opinion.

Ports of call

Grand Turk Island

Nice but shopping isn’t the best. Since basically there is no town the port charges what they want. We did a tour for $15 per person around the island. It was very interesting, learned a lot. Margaritaville was a big non stop party. Water was beautiful and warm.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

This was a wonderful port. Did a tour when we got there. $15 per person got us a 1 1/2 hour tour to Mountain Top, Megan’s bay and a few other places. It was a group tour we found by where taxis are. Banana daiquiri was awesome at Mountain Top

San Juan, Puerto Rico

Did a tour after we got there in a van. $25 per person but actually you could walk to everything but we was with my mom who has a bad knee so we opted for the van tour then hubby and I did the fort and walked around. Very convenient to port. Starbucks too.

Amber Cove (Puerto Plata), Dominican Republic

It rained but we didn’t let that stop us from taking a taxi around.
