Review summary
This cruise was hands down my favorite that I’ve been on. The staff were all amazing, the other guests were super cool, and it was overall just a great cruise!Embarkation

Food and Dining
Pizzeria
The pizza on Carnival cruise ships will forever be my favorite pizza. Since it’s 24 hours the line can get a little backed up sometimes (because everyone goes to get pizza when it’s late at night and nothing else is open) but it’s definitely worth the wait. Also, for anyone who’s new to Carnival (or just hasn’t tried it before), I recommend ordering Quattro Formaggi pizza, it’s SO GOOD!!!
Guy's Burger Joint
Although I’ve never been a big fan of the burgers (unpopular opinion, I know) I stopped by Guy’s a few times to get fries. The service never fails to amaze me. Everyone that I’ve talked to who was servicing this venue was super funny and had great people skills, alongside their great work ethic. Every time I visited Guy’s throughout my sailing, the service was consistently fast and the food was great.
Blush Dining Room
The staff in this dining room were amazing. They always made sure that we were satisfied with our meals and the service that they were providing. On top of this, everything was done in an orderly and time effective manor. We received our food soon after ordering and, as per usual, things such as drinks were brought to our table very fast.
Onboard Activities
Ropes Course
I did the ropes course for the first time on my most recent sailing and it was SO FUN. I’ve done ropes courses on land but never at sea, this is the first ship I’ve been on where this was an option. It actually ended up being significantly less scary than I expected, so that’s a huge plus. The staff at the ropes course were always helpful, and they made sure that all rules were being followed. For anyone who hasn’t done this before but is planning to, remember to dress accordingly!
Tides Pool
The Tides Pool is great for anyone who wants to escape the bustling, loud part of the Lido but still wants to hang out by the pool. The Seafood Shack and the pizzeria are located right next to the pool, along with a bar, so if you get hungry you won’t have to walk too far! Not to mention, the two hot tubs seemed to always be social hotspots. If you’re looking to relax at the pool, the Tides Pool would be ideal.
Entertainment
Library
There were two different parts of the library, each separated by an entrance to the Sapphire Dining Room. There were a surplus of board games and books (although I found more enjoyment in the board games). I 100% recommend grabbing Uno and/or Monopoly and playing with your friends/family if you find yourselves with free time on your hands!
Ovation Theatre
As the host of a majority of the major shows and events, the Ovation Theatre holds up pretty well. The shows are always amazing (especially the show “Flick,” it was my first time seeing it and I was wowed). The final round of the Lip Sync Battle was also hosted here and, just like always, it was ultra entertaining.
