Review summary

Wasn't pleasant at all people seemed to be very rude! Very difficult to talk to workers to get information because of the language barrier! Just dirty conditions

Saw my steward 2x left tip in room daily asked for ice and he was always on break! Took an hour to get drinks!

Design was good! Horrible mold smell from 6431 pass 6457! Someone thru up in elevator took 2 days to clean it up! Ash trays and dishes never cleaned up around smoking area!

Nice bed, size was good. Horrible smell in room! Lysol and freeze didn't even help! Mirror on door had smudges all over it they never cleaned it! Had to wash all my clothes to get rid of smell! Also have cpap machine so I inhale the mold in my lungs which I am allergic to mold! Was told that the divider between rooms would be removed so we could set on balcony with our friends in the room next door! That was a lie! Overall the worst time and for 2 of the people in our group was 1st timers! Gonna ne a hard sails to get our husbands back!

Went on excursion to playa found no running water toilets would not flush. No bottled water, food had been setting out all day with flies on it had a greenish color to it! Cooks preparing food with bare hands! Buffet was to start at 1 and no food! 38 of us went and almost all was on 1st bus back
