Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
I enjoyed ALL the meals we had onboard! The Omelette line was worth waiting for; super Burgers at "Guy Fieries" . Wish we had done more specialty dining.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Loved all the exuberant "Cruise Director" activities, from Line Dancing by the pool, bingo, contests and game shows in lounges and Lido Deck; participating or watching = FUN!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Really fell in love with some of the Atrium musical acts: 3 Strings female musicians, to the 3 piece brass horns with jazz and popular pieces. Stage show "Flick" was first class from staging to vocals, WOW! Only saw two of 4 standup comedians, but some BIG laughs, Fun!

Children's Programs

I had no children on board.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
EVERY STAFF PERSON ON BREEZE WERE EXEMPLARY IN SERVING CUSTOMERS! Always with a smile, even after many long days of constant requests; from the Customer Service counter, our wonderful room steward, Heru; Bliss Dining Room fast courteous, pleasant service from both Andrea and Sabby. Our rear Lido deck service from I Puto, fast, funny, accurate, and friendly!

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
I loved the ship, but often was turned around and unsure of which route to take...Ship had some very lovely areas, and the Breeze Lobby Atrium became a regular early evening start to the night. Some things were dated a bit, but still beautiful.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
FIRST, VERY comfortable with King bed designation, an ample sitting area...We don't think we can cruise again withOUT a balcony, even the lower floor Cove balcony was awesome and comfortable with 2 chairs and patio table...Perfect!

Ship tip

Many of the activities involve Guest Volunteer Participation, fun to DO or to WATCH!

Ports of call

Port Canaveral, Florida Did not visit port

We live nearby and just arrived for the ship...Perfect!

Cozumel, Mexico

Although we have been to Cozumel before, this was our first excursion and we chose the Mayan Ruins. Love the history, but all the hiking around to listen to our guide felt more tedious than it could have been. Some older guests had difficulty with hills and uneven paths, etc. I'm 68 and got a bit winded even though I'm a daily "walker".

Belize City, Belize

Just loved Belize! Our excursion was Crystal Cave Inner-tubing, Made doubly fun by our colorful "real" guide, Elio and driver, safe, quick, Fidel. Great Team! Not only were those parts entertaining, it was an eye-opener to view the terrain and encampments of the populations we travelled through (others didn't care). The caves were a major million year old specimen, a Geology wonder that our "tube" guide was very knowledgable about.

Mahogany Bay, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

Another beautiful port with magical colors in the water and skies. Perfect weather the whole trip. Shops, restaurants, etc. However, as a Floridian near Disney, this Mahogany Bay reminded me of a "controlled" experience...pavers throughout (great for wheelchairs or people with Balance issues), shops were "designated" not street ware or local shops. Did wander over to the gorgeous beach where there were many things to do: kayak, zipline, swim, snorkel, sunbathe with many lounge chairs, could rent cabanas if sun too much, restaurants and the best chicken lunch I have ever had for $6.95 cash (no Carnival card, even tho it appeared to be Carnival controlled). I'm still trying to duplicate that Jerk Chix! I have not succeeded.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico Did not visit port

Our ship excursion exit was at 7:30 A.M. and we stayed up late to do other live activities.

Disembarkation

We were shocked when we were in one of the first groups to be called to leave the ship with our luggage! (after the platinums, diamonds, etc) We were off the boat by 8:15, drove home near Daytona and walked in our front door at 9:15! Unbelievable! Perfect!
