The cruise overall was great, plenty to do onboard. A good experience, came back relaxed.

Very well organized. One thing is they didn't tell us about how we would recieve keys to room and we didn't think to ask. Had to ask another passenger.

Was a little disappointed with the quality of food overall, compared to other cruises I have been on. The Guy's Burgers were awesome!!

Pools were too crowded, as were the whirlpools. We did do the SkyWalk and it was very challenging but Fun.

The shows were ok. Motown show was the best. The show performers weren't up to standards of other cruises I have taken. The MJ Trio was awesome! Cruise Director fantastic.
Service and Staff

Room Steward was very friendly and of course the towel animals are great. Had a great waiter/staff in Saphire Restaurant.
Ship Quality

Ship overall layout was good, however had to walk through the Casino where there was smoking to get to some of the places we wanted to go. Heard many complaints about that. With such a large passenger amount the common areas were pretty well-kept.
Cabin / Stateroom

Room was perfect size. Loved the Balcony! Room was very well cleaned every time we left and came back.

Loved everything. Went to the Rainforest, Old San Juan and Fort. Great tour Guide, very knowledgeable. Walked around Old San Juan, ate lunch in local place. Would definitely visit again.
Did an all-inclusive beach resort. Couldn't snorkel because of waves. Can't swim too shallow and rocky. Good food and very strong rum punch. Not too much else to do.
