Review summary

Everything was great except the constant banging noises in our state rooms. It made it very difficult to sleep. I wish we could get a partial refund because of this issue. We were told there were no other rooms to move us to.

I am sorry you had that experience with your room. In the future when you book, check the deck plans to see what is above and below you, and try to stay mid ship. It is best to choose a room that has only rooms above and below it.

Cabins near the front, back or lowest deck can be subject to engine or other noises. We try to choose a mid-ship cabin with other floors of cabins above and below.
