I am ready to go back and do it all over again. I loved the eastern Caribbean!
National Geographic channel features different states and territories. Make sure you watch the one on Puerto Rico and Saint Thomas. Also, seek out the You Tube reviews on this ship and this tour. We learned a lot prior to boarding like how good the confetti cake (with the cheesecake layer) tasted. On our cruise it was only offered on the first day, so seek that out after you get on board. Also, if you like ice cream -- real good ice cream, order it for dessert in the dining room. They have may flavors and even orange and lime sherbert!

Main Dining was first rate. We dined there for breakfast and dinner. The burger joint and barbeque places were really good as well.

Shows were a lot of fun. Could have used a pit band like other Carnival cruises. The country show music was too current. Should have included more standards like patsy cline, johnny cash and merle haggard.

Service was terrific. Our stateroom steward, Angelo, always kept out room impeccable. The dining staff (Kellyanee, Anwar, Kadek and Jan) were wonderful. We tool a couple of pictures on board. The photographers are the best. The staff in the ship's stores are equally competent.
Ship Quality

Never saw a broken glass on the ship and there was a lot of glasses out there. The ship's layout was great. Best class ship in the Carnival fleet! They should buy more of them!
Cabin / Stateroom

If you carry on a couple bottles of wine, bring a cork screw! If you have a lifetime pass to the National Parks and are travelling to Puerto Rico, make sure you bring it!
Best port to bring your bathing suit and relax in the pool. Shopping is great. DONT LEAVE THE ISLAND WITHOUT A PIECE OF BLUE AND BROWN AMBER JEWELRY AND A PIECE OF RAW AMBER FOR YOUR COFFEE TABLE AT HOME. YOU WILL NOT FIND AMBER LIKE THIS ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD.
We loved the Dizzy Donkey gift shop. They have some great pieces to display their wares including a petrified whale vertebrae! Also, check out the drift wood mirror in the dressing room! Spend the rest of your day in port drinking Margaritas at Margaritaville.
