The cruise overall was so much fun for us! We have memories for a lifetime. I had some complaints as stated earlier but it was a wonderful experience. We loved our steward Erman, the activity director Donkey and the fun squad! I hope we can return soon... Thanks... Carrie

The shows were fabulous... We loved the entertainment..
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
We had a couple of women employees that were kinda rude but overall the dining staff were very good. Our room steward was Erman and he was wonderful. Erman seems very happy and willing to help make our stay on ship enjoyable. Erman deserves 5-stars!!! We loved Erman...
Ship Quality

I feel the layout of the ship made it hard to maneuver from floor to floor from certain levels. I think some areas needed a good cleaning but was ok..
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Erman kept our cabin very clean. The only complaint I have was the balcony.. We paid a lot extra to have the extended balcony and it was really dirty. No trash just scummy.. The first day we took santizing wipes to the railing, chairs and table but the floor was super flithy. They came two days later while we were at port to clean balcony but I really don't see much difference. I basically paid a lot more because of the big balcony to be a little grossed out from it. Everything else was great concerning the room. We felt comfortable in the cabin except we rocked none stop but one night to San Juan. Never experienced that much motion on other ships.. Thank goodness no sea sickness..
Ship tip
The ship sailed to some awesome ports but be prepared for lots of motion when sailing.
The port is nice but once you leave the area on an excursion everything changes rapidly. These people are poor in the area! We went to Coconut Cove for the day. It was nice and the people were friendly.
Another poor country with a lot of roadside trash and poor conditions. I'm glad I experienced the island but won't go back there. I would stay on ship next time if I return on a cruise to that area.
We loved San Juan, Puerto Rico... The people were amazing there. The roads were better maintained and the other drivers were following roads ways properly. I felt more relaxed traveling in Puerto Rico. We seen the fort, rain forest and a tower. We strolled along in old San Juan and love, love, loved it.. We want to return to this island.
We carried our own luggage off so we could get out quickly. By the time they called our deck everybody without luggage was shoving in. No one waited like told. Next time putting my luggage out the night before. It was hard to maneuver with all those others shoving with us having two suitcases each.
