Review summary

Overall great vacation. St Thomas failed compared to prior visits. The ship was wonderful, and would have been a 5 star trip but our Steward severely lacked based on previous cruises.

Wait staff was amazing. Our steward was not pleasant and did bare minimum. We had to call for ice even though we had purchased I. Room beverages. Never brought clean glassware and we had to request extra towels several times. On the last morning he beat on the door, opened it and yelled "get up people". I was awake but we had 45 min left before time to vacate the room and I was letting my children sleep in. By far the rudest ship experience I've ever had.

It use to be a great place. Now you are corralled like cattle in opn air vans. Its hard to get an independent cab and sight see. Which we have done previously. Magens bay is over ran and being trashed. Was very disappointed..
