Review summary

This was our first ever cruise and we really enjoyed it. The first day and a half were a little iffy as we didn’t know what to do. When we asked questions about events etc it was a little frustrating because everyone assumes you’ve cruised before and doesn’t really explain things. So we fended for ourselves once boredom set it and finally started to enjoy ourselves. Our Steward Manuel was very helpful and made our vacation a little more enjoyable.

Everything about this room was wonderful EXCEPT.... the gym is on the other side of our wall. For this reason I would NOT recommend this particular room. We were awaken by the banging of leg weight machines. This would start before 6:00 am and would last as late as 10:00 pm. It would literally give you a migraine! There was even a day I wasn’t feeling well and because of the banging I couldn’t stay in our room. It was terrible. Size, cleanliness and everything else was perfect.

We booked the beach day at coconut beach. It was beautiful, they also provided us with unlimited free drinks with or without alcohol and a fabulous meal.

We walked through a lot of shops on our way to the skyline ride. It was cheaper to walk than to book the excursion for this. It’s not far at all! Saw amazing views and got lots of awesome pictures. We ate at the restaurant at the top and had a few delicious drinks.

We just walked around and explored on our own. I wish we had of booked a site seeing tour or something.

Grand Turk Island

We did the mini hummer tour. Went to Jacks shack afterwards (probably wouldn’t do that again) ended up at Margaritaville where we spent the remainder of our time. Checked out the shops on our way back to the ship.
