It would be nice to have the buffet food behind a glass barrier and have someone dishing it out because there are ALWWAYS too many people coughing and sneezing into their hands, then with their infected hands proceeded to grab the serving spoon to dish out food. Or they just sneezed and coughed into the air without any regards to the people around them. I guess their moms didn't teach them any manners...
