Review summary

I have been on many cruises with several cruise lines. This cruise was not the worst, but it was close to it. The only saving grace was the ports and excursions.

They we're behind schedule so there was a terribly long line that went around the building outside.

The buffet food was always cold. The service in the dining room was terrible. It took 30minutes to get a bar drink in the dining room.

Our room steward heru was fantastic. The cruise director Donkey was fun. Patrick and Leona in the RedFrog pub we're also great.

Get room service. It's the only hot food you will get.

In November on the breeze I was trying to dine quickly to make it to an ultra drawing.. I went from the entry line for the MDR any time dining, was seated, ordered and enjoyed 2 orders of escargot, and the an entree of the penne marcosis and was done and back in the casino in 28 minutes. ..so they CAN rock the service if you tell them you want to speed it up. Normally we like to stretch it out and take a few hours and enjoy the experience. But I agree that bar service in the MDR is excruciatingly slow. .I think they swim to shore to make the drinks for the MDR.
