Review summary
Carnival doesn't enforce dress codes -- not at the $35/person steakhouse, not at the buffets, not on elegant night. It was frustrating to have girls in bikinis (and large women in bikinis!) walking wherever they wanted, even in line to the buffet, despite the dress code requiring shirt and shoes. Sanitizers were often empty at the buffet lines and no one enforced their use anyway. Food is mediocre. Best thing was the PG-rated comedy shows at night; I haven't laughed so hard at clean humor in a long time!Embarkation

Ship tip
Do not get a cove balcony (at least not #2385). Just above us was some kind of working floor, so all night long we heard footsteps, things being rolled, and things being dropped. It was ridiculous. Glad I thought to bring my ear plugs.
