Food was good. Buffet seemed small but often the food was better than expected. Service in dining room was very slow and often lacking (one evening our kids drinks came after their dinner yet were ordered before the food) however that same evening the server went out of his way to get my 3 yo something from the usual breakfast menu...that was above and beyond! Alcoholic mixed drinks were weak.

So many fun and interesting things to do.... almost too many! Sometimes it was tough fitting it all in or making sure you got to do all you wanted.

My 2 kids loved camp ocean. ... if they weren't at the water slides they were requesting to be at camp ocean. The staff was very nice and great with the kids.

Room steward I Made was great! Cruise director Lee was awesome -really funny, energetic and entertaining. He is the reason for the 5 stars!! I would choose another cruise specifically if I knew he would be the cruise director again!

Very clean. Large ship so it was easy to get disoriented at times, but a beautiful ship for sure.
Cabin / Stateroom

Good size room. Lots of storage. Helpful having two bathrooms.... two people could clean up at the same time which really sped up getting back out of the cabin for more fun!
Ship tip
Careful walking on the lido deck floors.... both the pool area and the marketplace floors are super slippery!
Enjoyed Cozumel. Wish we had been in port longer. We didn't feel we had enough time to cross over to mainland for some of the excursions. Since we had been in the area before we decided to stay on the island
Process was quick and efficient. However we missed our number being called as it was very hard to hear the announcements. Needs to be louder or have additional speakers
