This was our second cruise on the Breeze. It’s wonderful for families with lots to do and see. We probably wouldn’t have gone on this ship if we were traveling alone, since it caters to a younger crowd, but since we were with a group including 3 generations, it had something for everyone.
Embarkation

Carnival has really made boarding the ship easy. We arrived at the port earlier than expected (we were supposed to board between 12 and 1), but our wait was still pretty minimal. Once we got into the terminal, we were checked in and seated in a waiting area within 10 minutes or so and our group was called to board before long. I’m pretty sure we were on the ship shortly after noon. Our room steward was exceptional! She greeted us by name every day and was

Food and Dining

We only went to the “free” places, but they were good. So much for everyone to do The burgers and tacos were wonderful, although lines were sometimes long. The Mongolian grill had good food, but it took forever to get the food even when the line was pretty short.
Onboard Activities

There was so much for everyone to do. The ropes course and water park were a huge hit with the young ones in our group. Miniature golf was popular for all ages. There was also ping pong, pool, foosball, 3D theatre, basketball court, etc. we
Entertainment
4 out of 5
We didn’t go to many of the stage shows, but the ones we saw were good, although the first one was way too loud. We enjoyed the comedy club twice. We were often so tired at the end of a busy day that we didn’t stay up late to enjoy music or other nightlife.
Children's Programs
Our kids are adults!
Service and Staff

Our room steward was exceptional! She greeted us each day by name and with a beautiful smile. We had a group o and our first trip to the dining room could have been much better, but for the most part we had great service.

Cabin / Stateroom

Other than location, it was great. We had a room adjoining our daughter and grandson and had ample room to visit, play games, etc. The location was very convenient, but we got a lot of noise from the late parties in the atrium (which was 3 decks below us and down the hall a bit). After a restless first night, we got earplugs from guest services which helped a little.
Ship tip
It’s a big ship and you will walk a lot. Pay attention to the maps near the elevators.
We have been to Jamaica before and don’t feel comfortable going out on our own, so we went to a “resort for the day “. It was close to the ship and okay, but certainly not anything special, and definitely not worth the price.
I think every cruise to the western Caribbean stops in Cozumel, so we have been here several times. We took an excursion snorkeling and to the beach and had a great time.eas
