This cruise was so very disappointing. The crew service and food were terrible. We gave up on the dining room the service was so very poor both dinner and breakfast. The crew must be very unhappy to be this rude. I am saying all over the ship not just in areas. There are to many places to see in this world and cheaper ways to get there. Carnival has lost my $$ for life.

Was so had to get a drink on this ship I do mean at every bar. Was the worst bar service I have ever had. The food was cold in the dining room and very poor service. I got sick on a pork chop and I do mean sick. Could not get any drink service in casino.

We waited 25 minutes for a server then after he took our food order it was 45 minutes to receive our first course and there was only 3 of us. Could not get refills on water or coffee this is after requesting.

Could not get any service bar or problems with a machine. The service desk at the casino was terrible service without an explanation we waited at the window for 30 minutes and we were 2nd in line. Very rude dealers and floor staff.

Would you believe 7 day cruise we only got 1 small bar of soap and did not get a towel animal every day. Which I expected.

Do not take this cruise. Take another. From everyone I spoke to the Breeze has gone downhill each sailing. I do not know why the employees on this ship are so rude other than Management issues!!
Ok there is something weird about this review. For one, Carnival never has soap bars. They put your soap and shampoo in a DISPENSER!! I’ve been on the Valor, Triumph, Freedom, Elation, and the Fascination and have never had as many complaints as this person!
We went from the 18th to the 25th and it was awesome everything so good! anyhow we've only been back 2 days and I've already booked another cruise on the BREEZE because it was so nice and yes it is going to different ports.
We have been on 5 cruises and every one of them with the carnival because we have read the reviews from other cruise ships and Carnival is by far the best.

I was also on the Breeze & just got off the ship February 18th. I would definitely book this ship again. It was better than the Freedom. We did have to wait a long time for our food in the MDR, but that was just one night & it was the server we had. Because we had anytime dining & had quick, great service the other nights. Our steward was great, and we had no problems getting drinks. We hung out a lot on the Serenity deck, but still had an attendant walking around every 10 min or so checking to see if anyone wanted drinks. I also liked the food (from Lido buffet) on this ship much better than the Freedom. I’d definitely book again & would bring my 10 year old son as he would’ve loved the water park.
This is,clearly not true.. I loved the Breeze and the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond with any requests we had (which weren't many at all ) they cater to everything.
I give it five stars for mine and my husvands experience
Just sailed the Breeze the week of Feb 11. The staff from lido, to the dining room, fun squad, and especially cruise director were top notch! Most of our family of 12 were tearing up debarking from leaving some of the most amazing people we ever met on a cruise. If you had this many issues, you were looking for problems. Planning my next cruise, and specifically looking at the Breeze again, exclusively because our service and experience surpassed the other 9+ ships our family has been on! So I call total BS on this entire post.
I sort of agree with the horrible service. Just got off on Feb 18 and dinning room service was horrible, food wasnt nearly as good as other cruises I have been on and the service people were mostly rude no matter the situation. I have been on 3 different cruise lines now and this was my first carnival. Only reason I would even consider carnival again is for the room attendants that were great-Disma- and Camp Ocean for my 4 year old. He loved it there. Excersions booked through carnival were also very disappointing in Belize for me.
Just got off the ship on Feb. 11th, and had NONE of those issues. If the workers were rude, maybe they were rude to YOU for a reason? Idk, just find these claims hard to believe.
I agree about it being the cruise @dwk....I had the best time and the ship was beautiful...we also had the same issue with the muster drill however that is not Carnival’s fault
I sailed this ship in October and it was thee best cruise ever. Hard to believe there was this many issues....the casino servers were around so much I got tired of them asking me if I needed another drink. Did you ask for more soap? Did the towel animals really have that much impact on if you were to have a good time or not ? If it’s such a cheap trophy why would you want one? Just my 2 cent.....
