Review summary

This cruse was a get away for a few days , We normally book direct with the cruse lines direct, got a add from cruse only so I called them , ask why I should book with them instead of booking direct , was promised a $50.00 on board credit. went to customer service on ship, Carnival said never heard of this , called Cruse only and was told it for $50.00 off the next cruse by a vary rude person was told to read contract , this IS NOT what I was told by Sharon Bennett at cruse only when booked... $50.00 is not a lot of money but when a company tells you something that is not correct leaves a bad impression of that company. WONT happen again first and last time I will call CRUSEONLY............

Food in the main dining room was fair , not what we have had on previous cruses with Carnival ships, service was least to be expected , waiters was no as friendly as we have in the past cruses , Buffet was closed to much and selection was not that great

So you gave the breeze 3 stars , because you got a bad travel agent!

I always book direct with Carnival because if you use a travel agent for booking, all control is out of your hands, so if your cruise fare drops, unless you have a super travel agent watching your back.. You have to call your agent and hound them to contact carnival and get you the reduced rate, because if you go with a travel agent the cruise line will hardly even talk to you let alone give you the lower price if it drops. I'm not impuning all travel agents, but the one time I used one I was sorry I did. and it was just because he didn't want to waste his time over such a small price decrease. it was like $40 or $50, but that's my fun money and it all adds up. so that's my reason for not using an agent. of I see a price decrease or have an issue I can contact the cruise line directly and not be at the mercy of an agent.

In order to get the 50 dollar credit you have to hit the promotion button after you confirm your cruise. This is always explained. After you hit the button you have to fill out all the info required before you get the credit. It is not automatic.

I am so sorry that happened to you. it doesn't matter how much or how little it's the fact that people lie just to get your business. We always book through crown cruise vacations and fortunately have always had a wonderful experience and have never received less than 100 OBC!!!
