Review summary

Would love to experience a cruise again without a hurricane! So many people with homes, even whole islands, devastated. Please pray for all affected. Some were complaining about their "cheers" cards expiring, while others wondered if they had a home to return to! Great sociology experience!

Sometimes had to ask for something (a towel or robe) several times before getting it; then had t listen to woes of half the cabins being early arrivals. Loved our dinner team though!

Relaxing day at the beach. Snorkeling off a floating chair (friend brought!) was great for a beginner!

Disembarkation

We weren't able to get back in time due to Harvey. So many people displaced that I hate to complain about disembarking a day late in New Orleans to fly home. They kept us safe and updated us as info was available. Never did feel in danger. Good jog, crew!

Breeze

Longer than expected

We were on the Carnival Breeze for the extended cruise during Hurricane Harvey. That was the best cruise ever! Mike Pack and the entire Carnival team were awesome. They took great care of us and never stopped smiling. #Carnivalforlife
