Great cruise! I definitely will be back. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The trivia games came in handy since it rained a little while we were at sea.

Dinner in the Sapphire Room was great! The service was excellent. Roberto and his team were very helpful, friendly, and got to know us so they could anticipate our needs. They were always one step ahead of anything we could ask for. They were always smiling and asking how our day was. It was nice and refreshing to see a familiar face every night.

The staff was very helpful and friendly in explaining what we needed to do. The system used was flawless, and I was very impressed with how once we got off, our luggage was actually where it was supposed to be.
