Review summary

horrible No hot water the first night, took over an hour to reach someone, after resorting to dialing 911 !! pillows smelled like sweat, makeup n towels, did not see our room steward until the following AM. The food was terrible , better service at Mcdonalds!! I have so much to say its not even worth my time, I would never take a Carnival cruise again, even if it was givin to me free.. I have heard stories but we decided to give it a try, what a mistake.... sadly, we brought a couple who has never been on a cruise before, even they were disappointed . We have booked our cruise for next year and thank god we will be back on RCCL

All other interior staterooms on other cruise lines had a small sofa and a table. This room had nothing, not even a chair if you wanted to have a guest over

if your looking to be pampered even in a small way, it wont happen here!!! if your looking for great service, not happening, a clean ship....NOT

As for you going back to RCCL..go ahead. Just got off RC Serenade of the Seas 3 weeks ago and it was almost the same as Carnival. In my opinion the only difference is that Carnivals food was better.

There is usually at least one person in the hall at any given time the first night, delivering water, etc.... you can ask ANY one working for Carnival in the hall for help. Tell them your issue... they could have helped you figure out how to turn to the hot water; adjust the temp. Also, help get you another pillow case or pillow. Ridiculous!! I am so tired of ppl complaining about the food. There are too many choices around the whole darn ship. How can anyone be that darn picky?? Wow.

We had a great time on the Breeze last Halloween. We are booked back to back this November on it. Been on many cruises an Carnival never disappointed us.

My work wife and were on the Breeze for our honeymoon. We even liked our experience so much we took our kids on the conquest and had fun. Now the wife and I are book on the Liberty for April. Then while we are on the cruise we are going to book a cruise on the Breeze again and take the kids

I've ONLY cruised on the Carnival Freedom in 2015, had an AWESOME time..... We're sailing out on the breeze this Sunday I sure hope we have a good week!!!!!
