Review summary

Every part of this cruise was awesome!!! Being a first time cruiser, I was completely blown away by all the fun activities and fun that the Cruise Director Mike and his Assistant Cruise Director Mikey planned and kept us busy, even during the rainy days and nights we had! Great Job Carnival!

I was completely devastated of how unaware we were about the poverty and state of the country. I don't plan on going back.

We put are bags outside the door the night before and it was a easy process. Instead of us have to go back up to are room to get them after breakfast. . It was a lot better

If you disembark, GO EARLY . I cannot state that enough. Bring one of those walkers with the chair, anything. You will be there a while. First cruise ever and it rocked. Almost too much stuff to do. We were not disappointed.

My last cruise was the first one I brought my kids on me with so that's why I decided to try it. When it was just my sister and I on the other cruises we were left with very little time as well and it was a chaotic mess with trying to maneuver luggage and everything...no way did I want to do that with the kids in tow! It is sooooo worth it to send it the night before and makes for a pleasant last morning of your vacation.

Theseasforme, thank you so much! With 6 of us, we always got separated trying to leave with no time for breakfast.

Img1988...I did it on my last cruise and will be doing it from now on! I put everything I may need in my backpack and put my bags outside of my door the night before at the time requested. I kept just the bare necessities for morning grooming and put our pj's in the backpack. I got up that morning and enjoyed a nice breakfast in the dining hall and took our time...when we disembarked at around 9 or 9:30 our bags were waiting for us.

I really want to do a ship tour! & yes, disembarkation worse part always. I am wondering if sending our bags down the night before would help, never tried it. I don't know how it works, really. Anyone?

When you board go right to info desk an book, it fills up real fast, it's like 95$ person for about 3 plus hours, as far as I no on ship is the only way to book it, we have done 3 ship tours, very cool.

How do you do that? @stevenstair

We took behind the scene tour of the Breeze, it was great!!

Just realize that it takes time to get that many people on board and off. Carnival does a great job of getting you on your way. Do as much as you want on board & pick a few excursions at your different ports of call. You will have fun!!

Worst is embarkation and disembarkation...best is everything in between!! Going on my 4th in November and first on the Breeze!!

Yes i am

Thank you so much. Really appreciated. Did you have time to do the Escape the Room?

chirocop    8 years ago

I can't speak for OP, but the worst thing is disembarkation. Everything else is the best. Do as much or a little as you like.

And now you're hooked. Welcome to the club.
