Review summary

We couldn't wait to go!!! So excited!  We even spent way to much at the spa! That's when we really noticed, our spa workers were coughing and sneezing in our rooms working on us....ok. As the trip continues we hear more and more hacking in the hallways, outside on the decks,  and the best part? We actually saw the man serving bacon coughing with the pan of bacon in one hand tongs in another! We were told by the crew themselves that this was the second round, and 1 girl was hospitalized,  and just now they were receiving antibiotics.  So they were sick when we got on. We get screened for sickness,  do they? 1/2 the people wouldn't go to the medics too expensive.  Letters to Carnival?  They said sorry u got sick. Nothing about review of the policy.  Other cruise lines quarantine their sick crew and passengers alike. SHAME ON YOU CARNIVAL

That's funny...when we were on the Lido deck of the Breeze...I saw a female crew person coughing on the bacon as well...wow. And we took the 7 day cruise and there was an under odor that had the whole ship smelling like a bathroom. Yeah, I've cruised numerous times with Carnival, but this ship (Breeze) was the worst for me and my family.

Glad to hear that your daughter is OK now

Just because you have never scene this does not mean that it did not happen on this cruise.  You can not discount another review just because it did not happen to you.

My daughter (4 years old)was the girl that was hospitalized. She was diagnosed with the H1N1 flu. The cruise was great, no complaints. Dr. Alison was excellent. However, nurses didn't comprehended English well. She was rushed to the hospital b/c of a reaction to medicine given. My wife rode with her but I had to wait 3 hours to debark! Spent 3 days in ICU at hospital. My little girl is okay now

They do quarantine employees when they are sick, and guests. Really have never seen employees act like this onboard.

When did you cruise? Last week?

Perhaps they should have just cancelled the cruise.
