Review summary

Boat was bright and friendly. Shows were good, but the food was not. This was our 14 th cruise on Carnival. We had any time dinning. The food was of poor quality, and mostly cold when served. The waite staff was mixed between fast and polite to slow and rude. We walked out of the dinning room twice durning the trip. The food was better in the buffett on Lido deck.

I have sailed on the Breeze in the past, the service was slower at times but no one was ever rude... Just overworked due to lazy uneducated people trying to take advantage of hard working people. My only complaint about my last cruise would be some of the other passengers! If your food is cold then kindly ask for something different... Don't write a kinda silly sounding review when you return!

The OP never said anything about complain to get free stuff..... where did that come from ? Just because you had good service does not mean that this OP did. I have been on cruises with friends where I had great cabin and cabin service and the friend had slow draining sink, TV remote not working and A/C not working well..... so 2 people on the same cruise one had it great the other did not.

Saying you had great service does not discount that this poster had bad service. It is not an argument it is the OP's opinion.

I was just on the Breeze 2 weeks ago. We had the best wait staff on any cruise! Our food arrived hot and promptly. The shows however were hit and miss . Funny thing even though we left one show early I didn't complain to anyone OR ask for any compensation lol!

Mikedebb you are so right. It would have to be extremely bad to complain about something. I'm sure that the Matre'D loves to hear people complain and ask for freebies.

sorry that ypu had a bad experience. I hope that it is netter when we go. we have been on 16 carnival cruises and when it's bad like that we take it to the Metra de and request a comp at the steak house.
