Review summary

We are gold members. And we noticed the decline in quality and service during this cruise. Probably trying to cut corners. The ship and it's layout was wonderful.

The port choices were good, only complaint on this is too little time in San Juan.

The cabin was excellent. I was very impressed with the 1 1/2 baths, made it much easier to get ready, for going out for the day, and dining.

They just have too many gold members to make the events special. I agree that the welcome back party for platinum guests was awesome... Lots of food and drinks. Would have been very crowded with all the gold members too. Keep cruising and you'll earn the same rewards.

It will get better. Im platinum and just the perks of getting on and off the ship fast is nice. When you have to tender you have priority as well. They bring you chocolate covered strawberries, they wash your clothes for free, i decline that one, you always get a free gift. I received coffee mugs, a case of water, really nice toiletry bags, the party is great with the free drinks, and just having the guest service line for us is wonderful. No more standing in line the last day to ask questions about your bill.

I agree tatt2ed took me several years to reach gold. Guess when I reach the next level the perks will disappear too.
