Review summary
Service, food, staff's attitude and entertainment was good.
However, the internet package I purchased was a frustrating waste of money.
Of the 4 hour package I purchased, 3 hours was spent waiting to be connected. So, if you do the math $89/60 minutes = .98 per minute. I needed to be online to complete stock transactions. Unable to do that.......thanks God it did not cost me too much money.

If your stock transactions were that important, you should have stayed home.
YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE ON VACATION.......WHICH MEANS TO VACATE YOUR NORMAL DAILY LIFE FOR 7 LOUSY , STINKING DAYS ......
I BET YOU BOUGHT 100 SHARES OF CARNIVAL STOCK, JUST SO YOU COULD DEMAND THE OBC FOR THAT CRUISE......
Don't laugh but I did buy 100 shares of Carnival stock the day of the Concordia Disaster when the stock was at it's lowest. I was just getting off a Carnival cruise when I heard the news. That initial investment has more than paid for itself in dividends and in OBC. I cruise a lot on HAL, too.

It's too bad that you didn't read any reviews about shipboard internet ahead of time, or you would have known that it can be very slow or sporadic at best.
