Frequent Cruiser - Worst Cruise Ever

Sail Date: June 21, 2014

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Inside

This Ship's itenirary was all about the Cruise Ship making money not customer service.

The best part of the whole cruise was the service by the cabin attendant which was excellent.

Waiters would not bring you water even if you bought a drink!

Staff was quick to appologize but nothing was done.

Food Service in the main dining was hit and miss, good three days bad 4 days.

TV on ship was terrible, no set times for programing and movies.

The only ship I ever sailed on that lunch started at 12 noon not 11am, and much of the staff was rude.

Even though the cabin attendant gave excellent service, do not get one of the lower deck cabins. The beds we like pull out sofa beds, very uncomfortable. I had a back ache every day of the cruise!!!
Miami, Florida
Miami beach, great place to visit and have lunch.
Philipsburg, St. Maarten
Basseterre, St. Kitts
San Juan, Puerto Rico
Grand Turk Island
Great beach and snorkeling right off the pier.

Tip

Lido deck staff was rude and lunch does not start until 12 noon.
