The cabin was clean but the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on in my life. I would have been better off sleeping on a deck chair. I did fall asleep on them.

The cabin was standard, well maintained and clean. However, the bed was very uncomfortable and hard. The noise level was excessive with banging and loud sweeping noises.

Our service regarding our cabin was outstanding. I accidentally locked our safe with the wrong code and it was taken care of within 30 minutes of notification. This happened to me in Vegas and it took over 2 hours. I can't say enough good things about the staff on our floor.
