Review summary

Terrible with reasons reported above. Food poisoning Motion sickness Trip to ship rerouted because of no passport ! Had to spend money 700 for a shuttle from Vermont and $ on hotel. $247.00 Me ….have asthma and had to avoid getting close to casino. Because of smell of smoke.

Had to be rerouted from Chicago. Told we needed passport to fly into Canada. Rerouted to DC THEN Vermont then a shuttle for 4 hours to Quebec City that cost $747.

We had requested a room on a lower floor because from day 1 my wife had motion sickness was. Ship was not able to accommodate. After 24 foot waves went to sick bay and doctor ordered we be placed in lower birth.

I am wondering if the ship’s doctor diagnosed the food poisoning- because that might have affected other people - As far as your other complaints they were not the ship’s fault. Hope you try again. Buy the bracelets for motion sickness!

Sorry, but no having a passport isn't the cruise lines fault neither is motion sickness it's a ship sailing on water!! Go figure. You could have picked your room when you booked your cruise. Don't blame the cruise line for your poor decisions. Take the learning curve and try again perhaps a different cruise line

It appears this is your first cruise. Always do research before traveling!!! All international flights require passports. If you possibly suffer from something, take meds with you for just in case.
