Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Marlin ( room Steward) was exemplary in every way, he made us feel pampered by his personal addressing of us, the way our Stateroom was always meticulously attended EVERY time we returned to it. He made the difference that will make us use Princess rather than other cruise lines.
Andres (Waiter) in The Palms was wonderful, welcoming and made us feel special each night we dined in The Palm dining room.
Hannah ( Art Gallery ) kindly and professionally made our first ever purchase from a gallery feel accessible and very special for us, her explanation and knowledge of the artist, valuation and meaning for us to own was very relaxed and greatly appreciated!
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Every surface gleamed, staff was seemingly everywhere all the time disinfecting, sweeping, washing every surface.
We felt that we had no concerns!
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
The Steward ( Marlin ) was exemplary in cleanliness. And was the reason we would use Princess again!
We would have preferred a queen bed over the two twin beds pushed together, not having sufficient room for both occupants to get off the bed ( without crawling off the end ) is not ok when you are my age.
Ship tip
Make sure your stateroom has sufficient space on both sides of the bed, and if you asked for a shower chair or handheld shower, that it’s really providdd.
Thanks for the great review. Glad you enjoyed it. My husband and I cruised on the Ruby Princess in 2013 and it was very nice and of course different back then. Having great service is one of the best things when you Cruise and with cutbacks it's very difficult but they all try to do their very best. Princess Cruise Lines is not cared for children it's just not that type of cruise line.
