We had a great cruise overall but could of done without the stress from trying to get the medallion app to work with my wife's phone. After about ten visit s to the help desk over four days we gave up and enjoyed the cruise.

Ship tip

The medallion works good for getting into your cabin but the apps that go with it may or may not work. Some of the personel that were supposed to help did not seem to be knowledgeable either.

We spent extra time here and really enjoyed it. We did an evening dinner cruise on our own as well as sightseeing. We also did an excursion to Montmorency, Ike D'Orleans and the Sugar Shack. We enjoyed 2 nights at the Chateau Frontenac before boarding the ship.

We had a similar issue with the Medallion. If either one of us attempted to access the WIFI, we would knock the other off (each of us paid for an account, not a stateroom acct.) The IT guy fixed the problem.
