Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
We never used main dining rooms. Im very picky, so not much offered that i would eat. Buffet was same every day. Alot of diferent offerings. Again, not much that i would eat. We used Crowne Grill 5 different nights. Being a meat and potatoes guy, it suited me perfect

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
This cruiseline is most suited for the older crowd. Lots of canes, walkers, etc. That being said, we weren’t interested in most offerings. Bingo, art sales, jewelry sales, etc. Pools were always swamped with old folks. They are there from 730 am too about 330 everyday at sea day. No pool or sundeck fun for whole second week. Not working for family with an 8 yr old boy. Luckily there is a kids club which he enjoyed alot.

Entertainment

We didn’t get too see Any shows. All shows were packed. Never got seats. We were not going too stand for 2 hours

Children's Programs

He loved it

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Service is great overall. Always have some unhappy employees everywhere you go.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Most of the ship looks old. We noticed alot of wasted space that could have been utilized for different things. It was clean enough.

Cabin / Stateroom

The room was good. Family of 3 in 300 sq ft is tough no matter what. Queen for us, sleeper sofa for him. 2 tv’s was nice, 6 news channels sucked. Wifi worked fine. Great too have too stream your entertainment for lack of tv channels. Everyone needs chill time in their room

Ship tip

Clientele is 60 too 80% 65- older. Everything revolves around that. Choose a cruiseline accordingly

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

Zipline and cavetubing here. Zip was rushed, only 4 lines. Staff just going through the motions. Cave tubing guide was great. Alot of waiting before excursion. Shopping. Made the best of it

Cozumel, Mexico

We did Playa Mia day pass here. Resort is nice. Friendly people, cold buckets of beer. Drink Sol Beer with lime, if you’re a Corona person. Just like it. Windy the day we were here, so lots of seaweed. We stuck too the pools. Great day
