Disappointed with not keeping the itinerary to Columbia. It was an average experience; did not feel anything was outstanding. Was hoping this cruise would be a "WOW."

Service and Staff

Most all the staff were friendly and accomodating. A prior cruise there was more vitality and engagement shown by the staff.
Ship Quality

Nice ship. Pretty easy to manuver. The renovations were a little tacky. Ship was generally clean, although, every time I went to use a public rest room, one or two of the facilities was not working.
Cabin / Stateroom

Very clean. Problems with the TV and the toilet not woriking; calling it in 6 times.
Aruba was the original port. We were disappointed in the change. We foiund our own way around Jamaica and had a satisfying experience as we did not choose an excursion. They are frightfully expensive.
What a disappointment, a big reason for booking the trip. Was it a thruster problem, as we were informed by others on the ship? Other ships left the port in Jamaica, why couldn't we? Felt there was some dishonesty in the explanation for not making this port.
What is the need for patrons to book an excursion? We did the train excursion. Very costly for very limited experience. We spent more time on the bus then on the train.
Port was satisfactory. We did not book an excursion. Felt they were very pricey. Found our own way around and was pleased with what we did. We made our own excursions and found the natives to be warm and inviting. We made our way to the Sloth Refuge via public bus. Would have loved a longer period of time to spend in this beaufiful country.
Nice port, a bit too commercial. Again, made our own way around the island. Excursions are too expensive and limit your experiences. We like to spend our money on the locals and find them to be friendly, engaging and informative. We made it to Hell and back, the Turtle Farm and the lovely beach, all by using local transportation.
